Zentli is a word in the indigenos language of Nahuat, meaning corn on the cob. here we celebrate the flavors of Mexico, from the street food, to the people of mexico. we use masiaenda masa exclusivly, as it is an hierloom corn to get as close to the zentli of our ancestors.
